Dr. L’Anni Hill grew up in Asia as a “Third-Culture Kid”. Living and working in Egypt, Puerto Rico, the USA and Europe, she understands the dynamics of cross-cultural life and relationships. She received her Master of Social Work / Counseling degree from Rutgers University, and Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University in NJ (USA). She has been trained in DNMS therapy to deal with childhood inner wounds, and is certified in EMDR, a highly effective re-processing therapy to deal with anxiety and trauma. L’Anni believes in the renewal of your mind and heart, and the gentle therapy she offers will help you become what you were intended to be. She believes it is not your problems that determine your health and well-being but what you do when you encounter them. Her mission is to help you heal from wounds that would prevent you from claiming the maturity and power already available to you. Respecting the health that already exists in each person, L’Anni considers it a privilege to join her clients in their journeys toward greater well-being and peace. As an ordained PCUSA minister and hospital chaplain, L’Anni has served as a chaplain for the FBI as well. She has developed a form of therapeutic prayer which has been life-changing. L’Anni has helped many people find solutions to difficult life situations and welcomes the opportunity to talk with you. If you have questions about HILL LIFE COUNSELING and how L’Anni might be able to help you, please contact us. “The best way out is always through.” - Robert Frost
L’Anni cherishes her family. Her adult children and grandchild currently live in the US.
